Payment terms and deadlines:

Nota Bene: The registration to the course is binding.

The payment of the first instalment fee confirms registration to the course; however, the participation to the course is granted only after payment of the full balance fee, which is due at the latest 90 days before the scheduled program. The balance fee will be invoiced at least 120 days before the course full payment deadline.

If the participant doesn't settle the course balance fee before the given deadline (90 days before the scheduled course), Edudentinternational GmbH is entitled to assign the seat to another participant. In such circumstance, a notification about the registration status change is sent right away.

The first instalment may be refunded or transferred to a different program account only in case Edudentinternational succeeds in re-selling the seat. This cannot be granted as it is difficult for professionals to free their agenda with such a short notice. No additional financial pretention (i.e.: reimbursement of non-refundable flight ticket or hotel reservation) is accepted.

In case the registration occurs less than 3 months prior the event’s date, the full course fee is due at the time of registration.

 

Registration withdrawal by the participant:

Although everybody is subjected to unexpected life and travel events (sickness, relative or family member sickness, family obligations, flight cancellation or delay, traffic problems, delayed VISA delivery, etc...), Edudentinternational cannot assume the subsequent organizational and financial consequences, whatever the reason of a no-show or last minute cancellation could be. Then, a delegate being unable to participate to the course due to the aforementioned reasons cannot request course fee reimbursement outside the below mentioned terms.

Seats are limited to 20 in order to ensure a dedicated high level education experience. A last minute cancellation is preventing other colleagues to benefit from the program.

Any communication concerning this matter shall be addressed to Edudentinternational GmbH by email or regular registered mail. If the participant wishes to withdraw her/his registration and cancel her/his participation to the registered program, the following reimbursement policy applies:

• Until 120 days prior the scheduled event, a refund of registration fee is granted.
• From 119 to 90 days prior the scheduled event, there is no refund of registration fee.
• From 89 days or less, prior the scheduled event, no refund is possible. In this case, the registration and participation right to the course can be transferred by the participant to a colleague. In such situation however, Edudentinternational GmbH does not accept any other financial pretention (i.e.: reimbursement of non-refundable flight ticket or hotel reservation).

In case and not at all granted, the cancelled seat can be resold by Edudentinternational GmbH to candidates on waiting list, a full fee refund will be arranged or transferred to a different program account (no additional financial pretention, i.e.: reimbursement of non-refundable flight ticket or hotel reservation).

 

Course cancellation by the organisation:

Edudentinternational GmbH reserves its right to cancel the course in case of major circumstances. Insufficient enrolment can also justify course cancellation but in this case, participants shall be informed by email at least 30 days before the scheduled event. In such unlikely circumstances, any registration fees for the cancelled program will be fully refunded. However, Edudentinternational GmbH cannot be taken responsible for any expenses engaged by the participant, such as non-refundable flight ticket or hotel reservation. Furthermore, Edudentinternational GmbH cannot be taken responsible for any expense engaged by the participant for this course in case she/he is unable to receive the cancellation notice from Edudentinternational GmbH, using the contact information provided on the registration form (email and/or professional and mobile telephone numbers).
